Comnexa Rapid-Start Packages

Being informed with real-time information can help increase safety and wellness, as well as reduce uncertainty during these uncertain times.

Our Comnexa rapid-start packages are an accelerator solution. You will work directly with one of our Salesforce Certified Business Solutions Consultants to rapidly deploy a technology solution to your business . The aim of a rapid-start solution is to be up and running with the solution in a 72 hour period. Throughout April and May, we are offering the following rapid-start solutions to new and existing customers.

Rapid-start package for Customer Support:

  • We will work with you to deploy a pre-configured customer service and contact centre application for responding to inquiries fast, and keeping customers up-to-date. Salesforce Einstein Bots, communities, and portals are included, empowering customers to self-serve, and digital engagement tools will help your team handle the increasing volume of questions they are receiving across channels like chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

Rapid-start package for Employee Support:

  • We will work with you to deploy a pre-configured employee help centre for responding to employee inquiries fast and keeping your team informed. Einstein Bots, communities, and portals are included, empowering employees to self-serve. The myTrailhead learning platform will empower your business to quickly deliver digital content and important COVID-19 related information to employees and partners.

Rapid-start package for Social Engagement:

  • We will configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio to enable your business to monitor COVID-19 conversations relevant to their company, and engage with their extended communities on social channels to ensure they stay informed and connected.

What does a rapid-start package include?

Our rapid-start packages are designed to get you up and running with a solution in a 72 hour period. You will be assigned a Salesforce Certified member of the Comnexa team, who will be dedicated to working with you and your team to get you up and running during this 3 day period. Our packages each include 3 days of time with our team. After this accelerated period, we will be available for support for a further 2 days after the rapid-start package. Additional support will be charged at a discounted rate thereafter.

Our rapid-start packages are only designed to work in conjunction with the Salesforce Care packages and pre-configured solutions. Further information on Salesforce Care can be found at this link.

How much is a rapid-start package?

Each rapid-start package is available for a discounted rate of £2,000 (excl. tax). This is a limited time promotion we are offering during April and May 2020. All packages must be fully completed by 12th June 2020.

Prior to engaging with your business, we will conduct a complimentary discovery session. The purpose of the discovery session is to ensure our package will meet your requirements and to establish a scope of work.
