Phil will lead the company’s client success strategy by partnering with Comnexa’s clients, and acting as a main point of contact to facilitate their ongoing success with Salesforce solutions. Phil will also be responsible for marketing and business development activities, ensuring the company and its clients are kept up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities.
Phil is an experienced marketing professional and most recently worked as part of JT’s business marketing team, supporting the strategic growth of its global customer base. He also gained valuable experience in customer interaction working as a freelance marketing consultant. As a freelancer, Phil provides marketing strategy, digital communications, and customer acquisition for businesses in the UK, US and Jersey, and has worked on local projects for Digital Jersey and the 2016 European Touch Championships.
Phil joining as the newest Comnexa team member follows the company’s official launch after joining the Salesforce Partner Program earlier this year, and the recent expansion of its business in the Channel Islands.
