Einstein is an artificial intelligence scoring system that gives your current pipeline (Opportunities) an opportunity scoring rating between 1 – 99. This score will enable your sales team to prioritise opportunities and empower them to work smarter and therefore close more deals.
As shown in the graphic below the Einstein score for this opportunity is 72, when hovering over the score in Salesforce, Einstein displays the top positive and top negative scores that contributed towards the score that was given to an opportunity.
The scores are available in both Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic and can be accessed on the opportunity record or opportunity list views. On both list views and reports, the opportunity scores can be arranged in descending order allowing you to focus on the deals that are most likely to close, as shown in the list view in the graphic below. If you use collaborative forecasts, the score is also available in this area.
Einstein builds the scoring model based on your data and will re-evaluate your data and adjust the data model every 10 days which ensures your score will always be accurate. Einstein Opportunity Scoring is available to all Sales Cloud users at no extra cost for customers with either Enterprise, Performance or Unlimited Edition of Salesforce.
