We're looking for talented individuals to join our Comnexa Academy programme. You will learn how to help our clients find, win and keep business through implementing, optimising and maintaining exceptional technology solutions based on the Salesforce Platform. You will learn a powerful combination of technical and consulting skills whilst receiving a salary and full time employment. Once you complete the academy programme, there is the opportunity for rapid progression within our business.
You’ll progress to being a Business Solutions Consultant, where you will have the ability to transform the way businesses operate. Our Business Solutions Consultants support Salesforce projects from proposal to delivery. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements, then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the platform to contribute to an optimal solution that supports business processes and exceeds requirements.
Our Academy programme could suit a recent graduate, in particular one who has succeeded in a business, marketing, or tech related degree, or any enthusiastic self-starter looking for a career in digital. Our programme could also suit someone working in another industry (we are particularly interested to hear from those working in financial services) who would like to consider a career switch and want to up-skill themselves with the digital skills required for the future.
About the Comnexa Academy programme
We are looking to support, up-skill and invest in talented individuals. Our academy programme is designed to up-skill you with the skills you need to become a certified Business Solutions Consultant operating within the Salesforce ecosystem.
During our programme, you will learn the following:
You will also learn technical skills based on the Salesforce platform. You will become a Salesforce Certified Administrator. While learning, you will also be employed by Comnexa, receiving a salary and the support, skills and experience of our entire team.
Our ambition is for you to become a billable consultant with us, working on Salesforce projects and with our Customer Success team to deliver on-going support to existing clients. Once you have established yourself in such a capacity your progression will be to Business Solutions Consultant. Beyond this, your progression will be driven by your own ambition to learn Salesforce and other skills. Certifications you might want to consider within your first two years include:
