Could you join our team?

We're looking for talented self-starters to help us transform the way businesses operate through the use of technology. We don't like to tell innovative team members how to do their jobs; work with us to come up with solutions and new ways of solving problems on behalf of our customers.

Our approach to hiring is flexible. Below are some ideas on who we are looking for, but we'd rather create roles to suit the best candidates. Please get in touch if you are interested in working with us. We're happy to consider permanent or contract roles, based in the Channel Islands, UK, or remotely. All of the roles we are considering will require an element of customer facing activity so we ask that only those with excellent spoken and written English apply.

Project Managers
We're interested in hearing from Project Managers and have both full time and part-time roles in mind. The part-time role could be mornings or afternoons only and so might suit somebody who is juggling work and home schooling during these uncertain times! Ideally you might have the following experience or skills:

  • PM qualifications and experience of working on tech implementation projects.
  • Salesforce, other CRM systems or Dynamics NAV knowledge is advantageous.  
  • Experience of agile or Salesforce adaptive methodology is preferable.

Customer Success - Find out more
This person would likely be a Salesforce administrator and be extremely organised. We work with customers after implementation projects to ensure continued success with our technology. Salesforce release 3 releases per year with thousands of new features and constant innovation across the platform. We'd like somebody who can work with our customers both on a proactive and on-request basis to manage cases from customers, service them if they can, or work with our senior consultants should more specialist skills be required to accomplish what the customer needs.

Trainee Consultant (Channel Islands only)
As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will have the ability to transform the way businesses operate. Our Business Solutions Consultants support Salesforce projects from proposal to delivery. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements, then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the platform to contribute to an optimal solution that supports business processes and exceeds requirements. If you join us, we'll provide Salesforce specific training to you. You'll start by taking the Salesforce Administrator course and also learn project skills.
We're interested in hearing from people of different backgrounds, but experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
