Our Salesforce business analyst is a project-based, business-improvement role. Our business analyst will help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency using Salesforce. You will elicit, document and analyse requirements around business challenges and then working alongside our project managers and technical consultants to produce data-driven solutions for our customers.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who will work as part of a project team to interpret and document business requirements. You will have the confidence to question and challenge current business processes. You will work collaboratively with our technical consultants to design world class, data-driven solutions based on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and interpreting complex information, working in an agile environment and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with financial services industry experience and/or with experience working on Salesforce projects.
