For over a decade, our founders had used Salesforce within the businesses they worked at and witnessed first hand the success it can bring to an organisation. Comnexa was founded in 2016 with the ambition to help more businesses harness the power of Salesforce and drive sales, marketing, operational and administrative efficiencies. Today we are driving businesses forwards by putting Salesforce at the centre of their universe, helping them process and analyse key business data from a central source of truth and ultimately operate in a strategic and data driven manner.

We predominantly work with Financial and Professional Services businesses because this is what we know best. A number of our team started their careers in the financial services industry before training in Salesforce and so we understand the challenges faced by businesses and speak their language. As we've grown and developed implementation experience, we have developed accelerators and project methodologies we can guarantee lead to success.

Our experiences include working with businesses across several jurisdictions, time zones, and regulatory environments and for whom client data security is their top priority. We believe this means we can offer our clients a unique proposition and an efficient road to success.

Dan Williams
Founder & Managing Director
Dan co-founded Comnexa and has ten years experience providing a variety of Salesforce services to a wide range of sectors and markets, specialising in financial services and professional services. Before founding Comnexa in 2016, Dan was responsible for the planning, global implementation, and management of Salesforce at Jersey Finance. Dan has led implementations of Sales & Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Pardot for a number of our clients. He is a Pardot Specialist and combines his previous career in marketing to transform B2B campaigns for our clients.

Phil has worked in B2B marketing and business development roles for over 10 years and has an MSc in Marketing from the University of Exeter. He was a Salesforce user at his previous company and, together with Dan, saw the potential that the platform could bring to other businesses. Phil leads Comnexa's commercial activities and occasionally helps clients use the data within their CRM to calculate their marketing and sales campaign ROI and ultimately spend their marketing and sales budgets smarter.

John Walsh
Professional Services Director
John is Comnexa's Professional Services Director and joined in 2021 following 20 years within the IP industry, ten years of which was leading and delivering software solutions for multi national companies. John has delivered software solutions internationally to companies in many diverse industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical, technological, manufacturing, entertainment and consumer goods. For the last three and half years John has been leading the Professional Services team for an end-to-end IP solution based on the Salesforce platform. This has allowed John to utilise his knowledge of the Salesforce platform combined with project management and consulting experience to deliver projects to clients on time and on budget.

Richard Van Neste
Customer Success Manager
Richard leads Comnexa's customer success team, ensuring that our clients are continuing to evolve and enhance their Salesforce org's and practices following projects and ultimately are succeeding with Salesforce. A key function of Richard's team is that they work alongside a client's own superusers or Salesforce centre of excellence to support their efforts regarding user adoption. He spends a lot of his time learning about the latest Salesforce updates and working with our clients to help them take advantage of these. Richard started life at Comnexa as a Business Solutions Consultant before moving to the customer success role and he still gets involved as a functional consultant from time to time, particularly when Cloud Coach implementations are required.

Four of those years were spent working for Salesforce in customer onboarding, program, and customer success roles. Julie is a certified Salesforce Administrator. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media from the University of Rennes before embarking on a marketing career with H&M. Since arriving in Jersey, she completed Digital Jersey's Digital Marketing course before joining Comnexa. Julie's primary focus at Comnexa is the success of our clients. She'll combine her Salesforce training with her experience in marketing & sales, her communication skills and innovative thinking to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes with Salesforce.

Jordan joined Comnexa is 2021 following the completion of his ACCA accounting qualification with KPMG. He is a Business Solutions Consultant and typically works as part of the functional consulting team on projects or as a Business Analyst during requirements determining phases with clients. He has also conducted end-to-end projects as the sole functional consultant on smaller projects. Jordan's background as an accountant has set him up well for being both data savvy, understanding complex requirements of clients, and being literate in the financial services sector.

Beatriz joined Comnexa in January of 2022 and has since earned her Salesforce Administrator certification. She is currently working towards her Pardot certification as she has an interest in helping businesses make the most out of their marketing solutions. Beatriz graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri prior to earning her MBA in 2020. Beatriz main role at Comnexa is to assist Richard and the team with ongoing Customer Support to clients. She is able to combine her expertise in solutions as well as passion for developing customer relationships to ensure that Comnexa’s customers are not only developing their current use of Salesforce but also maximizing it.

Russell specialises in coding Pardot and Marketing Cloud email templates, landing pages and website forms, in responsive formats. His work has helped Comnexa migrate clients from legacy marketing solutions to Salesforce solutions by replicating or enhancing their existing assets in the necessary formats.
