Dan leads the Comnexa team who deliver Salesforce solutions to a wide variety of industries, and specialising in the financial services and legal sectors. Dan has eight years experience providing a variety of Salesforce solutions to a wide range of sectors and markets. While he lends focus to Marketing, Service Cloud and Salesforce Pardot, his Salesforce knowledge is diverse. Whilst employed at Jersey Finance, Dan was responsible for the planning, implementation & management of Salesforce as part of their CRM strategy. Dan has a particular passion for achieving customer success by ensuring the Comnexa team deliver exceptional solutions to customers - in turn, empowering our customers to innovate like never before.

Phil has worked in business to business marketing and business development roles since graduating with a master's degree in marketing in 2012 from the University of Exeter. Aside from roles within the financial services and telecoms sectors he has run multiple freelance projects assisting businesses with their marketing strategy, marketing research, and email marketing, amongst other activities. Since working for Comnexa and using Salesforce solutions, Phil's main passion has been to help businesses spend their marketing and sales budgets smarter by helping them use data within their CRM to calculate their marketing and sales campaign ROI.

Terry has been working in the CRM space for the past 15 years. He has worked with many clients across multiple industries including finance, insurance, media and manufacturing to deliver Salesforce for Sales and Service. Terry has led and delivered projects that have covered a range of company sizes from small teams of users to multinational, multilingual deployments covering thousands of employees across many countries. Terry has been working with Salesforce for 13 years and is a certified Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud consultant.

Sheridan has over five years experience of working in a variety of different roles within the Salesforce ecosystem. After recruiting for Salesforce professionals and being a Salesforce user for 3 years he decided to learn the platform himself. Sheridan has previously worked for a Salesforce ISV partner selling the solution and also worked for a Salesforce partner where he was involved in end to end Salesforce implementations. Sheridan is a certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator. He has a strong background in sales and enjoys coming up with solutions, driving user adoption and training.

Keri is a qualified bookkeeper with 25 years experience in sectors such as marketing, construction, hospitality, digital, finance and retail. Keri has worked for Comnexa since initial incorporation and she manages all aspects of the accounts department.

Julie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media from the University of Rennes before embarking on a marketing career with H&M. Since arriving in Jersey, she has completed Digital Jersey's Digital Marketing course and is now studying to be a Salesforce Administrator. Julie's primary focus at Comnexa is the success of our clients. She'll combine her Salesforce training with her experience in marketing & sales, her communication skills and innovative thinking to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes with Salesforce.
